Merchandise may be returned for in-store credit or for exchanges. We must be notified by email or phone before any returns are excepted. Online customers have 10 days to notify us after purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you in-store credit or an exchange. Merchandise is not returnable for store credit or an exchange if it's a monogrammed item (personalized). If an item is returned to us without contacting us that does not meet the requirements for return - it will be returned to the customer without notice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused and in a resaleable condition that you received it. All tags must be on its original spots and must be presented with original receipt.
Gift cards, gift certificates, worn or used items, Sale items, Prom or Formal wear, Monogrammed or personalized items and items sold more than 10 days prior.
Original receipt or packing list is required for a return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning any merchandise. Your shipping cost is not refundable.
